UNISON will once again be marching in this year’s Liverpool Pride, which takes place this Saturday (1st August).
All members, plus their families and friends, are welcome to march with UNISON. There is no need to register your attendance, so feel free to just turn up on the day.
The march will begin to assemble on St. George’s Plateau (opposite Liverpool Lime Street railway station) from 10.30am, and will depart at 12noon, with an expected finish time of 1.30pm.
After the march, Liverpool Pride will continue at and around St. Johns Gardens with a pink picnic, an education and community zone, a market area, food and drink stalls, music, workshops, a family zone, speakers and the Picturehouse travelling cinema.
