Opportunities for UNISON members to engage in campaign to shape devolution in Greater Manchester. 

The People's Plan is an independent public engagement programme.  The North West TUC and UNISON are supporting the programme as it seeks to broaden, deepen and strengthen local democratic participation and accountability. 

The People's Plan is currently gathering the views of people in the city-region through a series of events and an online survey.
