Neurodiversity in the Workplace

This course for activists will give you an understanding of what neurodiversity is, and an insight into the experiences of autistic, dyslexic and other neurodivergent workers.

It will show how workplaces exclude and discriminate against atypical workers and what we as trade unionists can do to tackle and remove barriers and to effectively demand that workplaces become more inclusive.
