This course is ideal for front line workers who work with service users.

The course will will deal with challenging situations that are faced by workers and give participants mechanisms to deal with them. 

The course will look at:

• Risk Assessments, 
• Interpreting body language,
• Stages of aggression,
• De-escalating challenging people;

The course will be run by Jez Brigham, an experienced trainer in dealing with managing and de-escalating aggression in the workplace.
