UNISON North West Leadership Programme
Branch committees can sponsor up to 4 potential participants. Once they have a quorate Branch Committee minute naming the sponsored activists from their Branch the branch secretary should complete this form for each person and return it to Helen Titherington at the NW regional centre.
The programme will run from 5pm on Friday 6th November to 2pm on Sunday 8th November - Participants must attend all sessions.

There are 4 categories of attendance – tick your preference
- Attend all sessions in the Mechanics with no overnight stays
- Attend all sessions in the Mechanics and stay both nights – at a nearby hotel
- Attend all sessions in the Mechanics but Friday Night only – at a nearby hotel
- Attend all sessions in the Mechanics but Saturday Night only – at a nearby hotel
Your branch will arrange overnight accommodation (more details to follow) AND pay your travelling costs and where appropriate child and dependant relative care. Please ensure that you give us details of your dietary requirements and any access needs you may have …… in full.
