UNISON is consulting our band 2 Healthcare Assistant/Clinical Support Worker members in MFT, Stockport and WWL NHS Foundation Trusts on a significant proposed agreement to address the issue of staff being underpaid at band 2 when their role involved undertaking band 3 duties. 

UNISON is recommending that members vote to accept the agreement. Don't forget to cast your vote.
