CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
Due to the current crisis we have cancelled all our courses until at least the end of May.
If you have new stewards or if you are a new steward, there are online courses available please follow this link: https://www.tuceducation.org.uk/
The TUC will be offering online stewards course, with the next online course due to start on 20th April, and the TUC are looking to offer a further online course in May or June depending on demand.
The TUC also have open access Stewards, H&S Reps and ULR courses available as well as short e-note courses on the TUC education site
Unison’s own education page and the Organising Space also have wealth of information.
During the Coronavirus outbreak the National LAOS will be looking in to creating short briefings and guides for activists, with the aim of these being delivered online by LAOS through webinars: more information of this to follow once we know more.
Member learning courses have been cancelled to the end of May: this is to make sure that our members can prevent the spread of the virus by mixing at courses. We will look to review the national situation towards the end of May with regards to when we start running member learning courses again. We will be back with a busy course schedule when things return to normal.
