This two hour course explores the physical and behavioural effects of stress, the different types of stress and how members can manage them.
You will learn:
How to identify the physical, behavioural and psychological signs of stress, in yourself and others
Identify the different types of stress
Develop awareness of different strategies you can use to counteract the different types of stress
Measures you can take to alleviate stress and promote mental health wellbeing in your life
