Managing Aggression in the Workplace, Cumbria

This course will deal with challenging situations that are faced by workers and give participants mechanisms to deal with them. The main themes covered will include: Health and Safety at Work; including Risk Assessments, and Self Awareness and barriers to communication; interpreting body language, stages of aggression, assault cycle, de-escalating challenging people; and also the importance of incident reporting. 

The course will be run by Jez Brigham, an experienced trainer in dealing with managing and de-escalating aggression in the workplace.

We cannot reserve your place for you until we have your form. Please think carefully before you commit to taking a place on the course, it is really difficult for us to fill cancelled places.
